Seasonal Influenza and H1N1
Update 10/11/2010
The H1N1 Vaccine is now part of the Seasonal Influenza Vaccine.
Immunizations are available at the Coquille Indian Tribe Community Health Center to Coquille Indian Tribal Members and other established patients of the Community Health Center (while supplies last) .
If you have not yet received the Seasonal Influenza Vaccine, and would like to, please contact the Medical Clinic @ 1-800-344-8583.
