The Coquille Indian Tribe provides a variety of health-related programs for our community. Our patients and clients include Coquille Tribal family members, American Indians and Alaska Natives, employees of the Coquille Indian Tribe, and the general public.

Health Plan Enrollment
The Community Health Center’s staff can help you enroll in the Oregon Health Plan (Medicaid).
24/7 Nurse Phone Line
The Community Health Center offers a free 24-hour call-in medical help line for all Tribal Members and patients of the CHC Medical Clinic.
Medical care alone isn’t enough to ensure the health of our community. That’s why we offer a Healthy Lifestyles program for Coquille Tribal members, employees, and any American Indian or Alaska Native.

Kilkich Fitness Room
We offer free access to a 24-hour fitness room on the Kilkich Reservation for Tribal members, their spouses, Tribal employees, Kilkich residents and all patients of our Community Health Center. To sign up or to learn more, click here.

Vision Care – Cheslock Optical offers free exams for Indian Health Service-eligible beneficiaries one day per month. Appointments must be scheduled through the Coquille Indian Tribe Community Health Center.
