RFP CANCELLATION

This notice is to inform all interested parties of the cancellation of the Design-Build Services Request for Proposals for the Ko-Kwel Wellness Center Eugene Phase II Remodel Project that was issued on February 14, 2024.

Unfortunately, we have encountered an unforeseen plumbing failure within the building which has necessitated a reassessment of our project scope and requirements. In light of this development, we believe it is in the best interests of all parties involved to cancel the current RFP process until such time as we can provide a more defined scope of work.

Once we have a clearer understanding of our project needs, we intend to repost the RFP and invite you to participate in the revised process.
